So, this calorie intake is used to fuel the body and maintain metabolism. Of course your body will react differently in each case. If the intake is of high fat it will be stored inside the body. It is important to have low fat and low calorie meals at the same time. To reach the best results it is advisable to have small meals instead of having just three meals. This will help the body not to store fats again.
