I bet most of us have many items in their closets that they used to wear some years ago and they cannot wear it any more. May be it is a cocktail dress or a pair of jeans. Probably these items used to your favorite. You keep it in the closet hoping that they can wear it again.

Minimize your meal in smaller amounts for several times a day. Start some exercising like walking; it will do a lot to you. Drink a lot of water and avoid soft drinks. Fruit juice can replace those unhealthy soft drinks.

When you stand on the scale and see that you are losing some weight, this will encourage you to continue. Have a look to your precious clothes that you wish to wear again soon and it will give a very good motive to go on with your plan. May be it will take some time. But it is worthy!
