Feel great when you lose weight
It is known that while we are aging we gain weight. We don’t notice these extra kilos as we gain them. When we notice them we keep telling ourselves it’s just few kilos and we can get rid of them easily. Then, we discover that we are overweight and we have to go through a lot to lose these excessive fats.
I keep on telling myself the sooner the better. But, to be honest when it comes to losing weight, I’m very lazy. I was noticing that a lot of my clothes are not fitting any more. Especially, after giving birth to my second child, these fats around my belly are annoying me.
One day I discovered that I started to hate going out. I lost contact with my old friends and classmates. I’m embarrassed to meet people with all this fats all over my body. I have to do something about it.
I searched the web and I found a lot of weight loss products. Some of them were promising but they were not affordable. Then, I decided to go for the classic way. I have to reconsider my daily routine. I have to find some time for myself to do some exercises. I can do them while my baby is sleeping or even I can have him beside me playing or watching TV. When the weather is good I can take him out for a walk.
Also, I have to watch my daily calorie intake. I will avoid consuming processed and fast food. Going back to nature is the best for me. I’m not sleeping well and always under stress. So, why not trying to relax and have enough sleep?
In few weeks, I started to notice the difference. Some of my clothes are fitting. I started to regain my own self. Now, I feel great.
