Set up a goal and a dead line which means that you have to decide how many pounds you want to lose and the estimated date to accomplish this goal. If you go out shopping don’t go while you are hungry or you may take pre cut vegetables with you. Otherwise, you will just buy junk food. Drink lots of water, as it will make you feel full.

You may take advantage of the time while you are watching TV. Instead of eating snacks while watching you may do some crunches and leg lifts. You may trick yourself by using smaller plates, so you won’t feel that you are eating less. Having five small meals a day will never make you feel hungry.  

Breakfast is the most important meal during the whole day. It will help you to consume calories during the day. It is not advisable to eat after 8:00 PM, as this will not only help you in losing weight but it will help you to sleep better as well.

It is known that if you do something for 21 times it will become a habit. So, try to create new good eating habits and by repeating them they will be your new life style.
