Why don't we lose weight?

Of course you are not the only one who is trying to lose weight. Many people are struggling with the same issue. They tried a lot of weight loss programs and it worked for them, but they regained the fats again.

Most of them joined the weight loss programs that are available on the web. These programs are guaranteed and it is really working. Some of them lose weight and after a week or ten days they stop losing weight.

Researchers noted that most of these programs are quite the same and they are working for most people. But, some people are not losing weight it’s not working for them. This is simply because not all bodies react in the same the same way to the same thing. Every body has its own metabolic system that is functioning completely different from others.

Also, when people start losing weight the body adjusts itself to the new calorie intake and then the metabolic process slows down. In this case the calorie intake must be changed to stimulate the metabolic process to be active again.

Besides, some people are always under stress. They are focusing on that they must lose weight. While, it’s better to focus on that they must gain health. Being under stress all the time releases hormones that prevent weight loss.

Looking to the negative side will never help. In order to succeed in doing anything you have exclude the fear. You have to believe that you can do it. The issue here is to accept your body as it is and then try to enhance its functioning. You are gaining health not losing weight.

When you decide to climb a mountain if you look to its top and thought it is very high it is unreachable, you will never make it. But, if you just watch your steps and start climbing you will successfully reach its peak.
