I follow a carb-cycling diet. Some days I have carbs and some I don't and I take this to help me on the days I am allowed 2 or 3 servings of carbs. I don't think this product is a license to eat whatever you want but all things in moderation, you know. I always keep a bottle on hand. Over the holidays, I was terrible and I took them everyday. For me, they do what they claim. I never gain on carb days.

I have been using the Dietrine Carb Blocker for over a year and I love it. You can't expect miracles within first week, but I lost about 6lbs the first month, and then about 5 more lbs over another month or so. Since I only needed to lose 10 lbs, I thought that was great. Now, I don't diet at all, in fact my normal breakfast is fast food on my way to work either at Burger King or Starbucks, and eating out most nights for dinner since my husband and I have been working late, and I have not gained even 1 lb back! Before, I had tried to follow very stict diets, different diet pills etc and nothing helped me lose this weight.
